About Erika
Licensed and Nationally Certified Counselor
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas.
You may be here because you are feeling exhausted, stuck or lost. Life can be stressful and at times, you may feel that you don’t even have a moment or a space to breathe. Healing starts in a safe and confidential space with someone who can understand. As a therapist, daughter, partner, and business owner, I understand the stress of life.
I work in an eclectic framework with a variety of therapy techniques to meet your needs. The methods I use are based in research and proven to improve physical and emotional health. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness and Body-Based tools.
My education began with a bachelors in Psychology and a masters in Counseling & Dance/ Movement Therapy from Drexel University. From there, I continued my training to become a Certified Cognitive Processing Therapist through Beck Institute and I completed advanced trainings in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Yoga. My experience in body-based therapy as well as cognitive processing allows me to take a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy.
